Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be stated in the listing. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Packaging
Every order is packaged with care to protect your artwork or merchandise. Flat prints are shipped in rigid mailers or protective tubes, while plaques, books, and collectibles are cushioned in sturdy boxes.
Delays & Lost Packages
Lines of Ruin is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us—we’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately. We can only make changes before the order has shipped.
